Domain Renewal Policy
You will receive an invoice 30 days before a domain name registered with us is due to expire.Reminders will be sent at 14 and 7 days before, as well as after the domain has expired.

Some of our services, such as Voice over IP (VoIP) will generate call detail records (CDR) for billing purposes which will contain details of telephone numbers that you have called, or that have called you.

If we register a domain name on your behalf we are required to provide your details (as the registrant) to the appropriate domain name registry. The registry may provide that information to the public via a WHOIS, or directly upon request if registrant data is not included in the WHOIS.
